During the pre-construction phase, we personally manage the project from the very beginning. We work with our clients to create plans which utilize the space as efficiently as possible and maximize the potential of the property. During the design process, the client’s lifestyle, traffic patterns, focal points and desired scale of their home is taken into account. Our design documents consist of professional drawings that illustrate the scale and relationship of the project components. In addition, we can provide 3D models and rendering to illustrate design concepts and aspirations of the project. We also coordinate architectural services, site surveys, soil analyses, structural engineering if needed.
